  • 40 m2 apartment with a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking. The 18 m2 living room is provided with a sofa bed for 1 person, and equipped with a television with Netflix subscription. From living room you can also enjoy the magnificent view of Plaza Mayor. The Master bedroom is provided with two 90x190cm beds, built-in wardrobe and a television. The other bedroom that overlook the Plaza Mayor is provided with a 150x90cm bed, built-in wardrobe and a television. The shared bathroom contain a shower and a hairdryer. Split air conditioning and heating is available in all three main rooms.
  • CAPACITY: 5 persons. 4 on a regular basis and 1 removed as a supplement on the sofa bed.
  • The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-preserved historic building without an elevator and hence NOT suitable for the persons requiring mobility support, e.g. wheelchair etc.

How to reach the property?
  • The apartment is located in the pedestrian only area of the Plaza Mayor of Salamanca. Hence, it is not possible to reach the apartment by car.
  • However to unload the luggage, one could stop the car for few minutes near Plaza Poeta Iglesias (in front of Mesón Gonzalo) which is only 20 meters away from the apartment.
  • If you are coming by train or bus, we recommend you take a direct taxi to Plaza Mayor of Salamanca. Average cost of the trip to Plaza Mayor from train/bus station is approximately 7-8 euros during daytime hours.
